9.Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use Meta Pixel to measure visits to our public homepage and campaign landing page, opening the account signup form from our website, and completed new-account registrations. For visits identified as coming from the United States, this measurement is enabled unless you have opted out or your browser sends a recognized privacy signal. For other or unidentified locations, it stays off unless you choose Allow measurement in Cookie settings. Our hosting provider determines the country from the request; we do not request precise location. Meta may receive browser and device information, IP address, a public page address, ad click and cookie identifiers and the event type, and may use this information to provide measurement services and target and deliver ads under its own privacy policy. We do not send email addresses, passwords, account identifiers, portfolio holdings, balances, investment preferences or research content through this integration. Meta's code is isolated from the investment workspace.

Use Cookie settings in the website footer to allow or decline ad measurement. You can change this choice at any time. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping this measurement off. Declining does not limit access to Appius. Ad measurement preferences are remembered for up to 180 days. Campaign labels may be retained with your account to help us understand how people find Appius. Meta privacy policy.

We also measure the path from our website to account signup and onboarding in our own Supabase database. When measurement is allowed by the settings above, a random identifier connects visits across appiuslabs.com and appiuslabs.app for up to 30 days. We record campaign labels, selected page interactions, signup progress, verified registration and onboarding completion. After sign-in, these events can be linked to your Appius account identifier. We do not include form answers, passwords, investment holdings, balances or Plan content in these events, and we do not send this first-party event log to Meta. The same opt-out and browser privacy signals stop this measurement.

For Meta ad measurement, we honor both Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly.

11.International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. We implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including:

After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
